Just released and worth a look: Karlsruhe’s Sparkasse near Europaplatz lets their customers experience their office in a virtual 3D Fly-Through. Developed with different helperclasses for controlling and hotspot-management, a self-written caching-system, 3D Studio Max and Flash CS4. There is only a German version available but it should be pretty self-explaining.
